It is very rare to see a person with normal skin. Such skin is smooth, without flaws, not subject to the action of the external environment, it reacts to soap with water without problems.
Normal skin type in the evening should be rinsed with warm water with either baby or oily cream. In the morning, the face needs cool water in order to refresh the skin. A small amount of bold cream will not be superfluous in the afternoon. In winter, such a cream must be established with a thin layer, and in summer – with a thick layer. Premature and unwanted wrinkles appear due to overdrying of the skin, especially during any kind of sports exercises. To avoid this, you need to establish a fortified cream on your face at night. It will also be nice to make such masks a couple of times a week:
- Curd mask. It is necessary to mix the cottage cheese with milk (a tablespoon), then pour just a little bit of cranberry juice into this mixture.
- Mask with yolks. Beat the yolk qualitatively, pour a spoonful of olive oil and half a spoonful of lemon juice into it.
- Mask with honey. Rub one teaspoon of honey, until white, apply it on washed face skin. When about 15 minutes pass, wash your face with tepid water, and then cool.
- Fruit mask. This mask requires fresh or freshly frozen crushed fruits and berries. For example, apricots, raspberries, strawberries or the flesh of cucumbers, etc.
